Home based with site travel across London and within 2 hours when required.

Up to £65,000 (Temp to Permanent) or £350 - £400 per day (Contract).

You’ll work remotely from home, with site visits typically across London and the surrounding areas (within a 2-hour radius). You’ll be involved in commercial and residential projects with a focus on social housing building surveys.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting RICS Level 1, 2, and 3 building surveys
  • Preparing expert witness reports for housing disrepair and landlord disputes
  • Party wall assessments and advisory work
  • Damp, mould, and condensation investigations
  • Handling boundary disputes and leasehold/property-related cases
  • Retrofit and EPC assessments (training or accreditation support available)
