The Role: As SEO Specialist, you will play a hands‑on role in delivering SEO activity across a range of client accounts, spanning technical, on‑page and content‑led work. What You’ll Do:
- Deliver hands‑on SEO activity across client accounts, including technical, on‑page and content‑focused work
- Carry out keyword research, competitor reviews, audits and optimisation recommendations
- Support sprint delivery and implementation of SEO recommendations
- Monitor performance, identify opportunities and contribute to reporting and account optimisation
- Work closely with the wider SEO team to ensure strategy is executed effectively
About You:
- Solid SEO experience with a strong interest in hands‑on delivery
- Good understanding of technical, on‑page and content SEO fundamentals
- Confident using SEO tools and performance data to inform recommendations
- Strong attention to detail and able to manage multiple priorities
- Interest in how search is evolving, including AI‑led search and discoverability
- Proactive, organised and keen to keep developing
The Package:
- Salary up to £40,000 depending on experience
- Hybrid working with typically 3 days in the Brentwood office
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays + birthday off
