PA & Project Administrator (Built Environment Consultancy)

I’m recruiting for an experienced Construction or Construction Consultancy PA & Project Administrator to support two Managing Directors within one of the most genuinely supportive, modern, and people-focused consultancies in the south east built environment sector. You’ll be joining a close knit, high-performing team where your contribution is visible, appreciated, and central to the smooth running of both the Directors’ day-to-day operations and the delivery of client projects. This isn’t a typical PA role - it blends classic PA duties with hand on involvement in project delivery, contract administration and wider business operations, offering real variety and progression.

Some of the key responsibilities:

· High quality PA support to two Managing Directors: diary, inbox, travel, meeting coordination

· Project administration across multiple consultancy projects

· Supporting contract administration including JCT documentation, uploads, and compliance tracking

· Preparing meeting agendas, minutes, reports, and presentation packs

· Managing SharePoint, project files, trackers, and internal systems

· Liaising confidently with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams

Requirements:

· Experience as a Consultancy PA with a project administration background

· Any experience in the built environment (construction, consultancy, or property)

· Understanding of project or contract administration processes

· Proactive, reliable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion
