Working alongside experienced engineers, sustainability specialists and design teams, you'll play a key role in helping clients deliver more sustainable, energy-efficient buildings across a diverse range of sectors.
With offices in both Birmingham and Worcester, this role offers excellent exposure to building physics, energy modelling and sustainable design, alongside genuine opportunities for progression as the team continues to grow.
The Role
Working from either the Birmingham or Worcester office, you will support the delivery of building physics and sustainability services across a wide range of projects. You'll be involved in thermal modelling, overheating assessments, energy analysis and sustainable design strategies, helping clients achieve their low-carbon and Net Zero objectives while working closely with multidisciplinary project teams.

What We're Looking For
- Experience within Sustainability, Building Physics or Environmental Design
- Knowledge of IES VE or similar modelling software
- Understanding of thermal modelling and building performance analysis
- Degree qualified in Sustainability, Building Services or a related discipline
- Passion for sustainable and low-carbon design
