With around 22 professionals already in place and ambitious plans for further growth, they're looking for a BIM Consultant who wants to develop alongside the business and become an integral part of its future.

The Role

You'll work closely with a diverse range of clients, leading BIM delivery across multiple projects while developing into a specialist Digital Construction Consultant. This is far more than a traditional BIM Coordinator position. You'll become involved in Information Management, BIM Strategy, ISO 19650 implementation, model coordination, client workshops and digital project delivery, receiving structured training and support from one of the industry's leading specialist BIM consultancies.

The business is particularly interested in candidates from an MEP Building Services background, although strong Architectural BIM professionals with the right attitude and passion for Digital Construction will also be considered.

What We're Looking For

  • A few years' experience within BIM, Digital Construction or Information Management
  • MEP Building Services experience would be highly advantageous, although Architectural BIM backgrounds will also be considered
  • Strong Revit skills are essential, with experience of Navisworks and Solibri highly desirable
  • Knowledge of buildingSMART, openBIM and digital information management principles would set you apart
  • Knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM standards would be advantageous
  • A construction-related degree
  • A genuine passion for BIM, technology and continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication skills with the ambition to develop into a client-facing BIM Consultant
