Your role would be a mixture of marketing, business development, client management, project delivery and office management.
About the company:
- Data centres, industrial, logistics, manufacturing and residential sectors – yes, just a few areas they’re currently working within that have enormous earning potential, big fees, big budgets and big designs!
- They’re an established Architecture practice who have the luxury of also working closely with an Engineering business, drawing working from their own pipeline and another business.
- Currently a small team of 10 individuals, they hope to grow their team with around 5 new individuals in 2025, and you could be an instrumental part of that growth, with all the benefits that come with it.
- Their team are currently based in the Midlands, but they have plans to establish and grow a London office in the coming years to capitalise on their current workload, the majority of which is in and around London.
You’ll already have clients and projects to manage, but you’d be in charge of growing your own office and business alongside their current pipeline, giving you bags of opportunity!
