Are you looking to take the next step in your quantity surveying career with a company that genuinely invests in your development? This is a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with around 1 year of consultancy experience (or a strong placement year) to join a well-established team working on a broad range of projects across residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors. You’ll be based in the Southwest, with a strong pipeline of work and the support of experienced professionals committed to helping you grow.

In this role, you’ll work closely with senior surveyors on projects ranging from £500k to £20m, gaining hands-on experience in cost planning, procurement, valuations, and project financial control. It’s a collaborative environment where your input is valued, and your progression is a priority.

One of the key benefits of this opportunity is the structured support you’ll receive towards achieving your RICS or CIOB chartership. • Supporting with cost estimates, tender documents, and contract administration
  • Assisting in the procurement of subcontractors, suppliers, and materials
  • Monitoring project costs and preparing regular valuations and reports
  • Helping to manage variations, payments, and final accounts
  • Liaising with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery
