Architectural Technologist

Konker is working with a well-known and respected practice in Bristol who are seeking an Experienced Architectural Technologist/Architectural Technician to join their team.

You will be working on leisure, student accommodation schemes and large residential developments.

Key responsibilities: Architectural Technologist

• Produce, coordinate review detailed technical drawings and Revit models.
• Contribute to BIM standards, workflows and best practice.
• Review and manage technical packages.
• Mentor and support junior team members.
• Act as technical lead across multiple RIBA stages.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors, whilst supporting the Project Architect.

About you: Architectural Technologist

• CIAT registered with minimum 3 years post-qualification experience.
• Prior experience leading the delivery of production packages on residential projects.
• Proven experience using Revit in practice, including family creation and editing.
• Strong working knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing.
