Architectural Technologist | Chichester
Salary: £30K-£50K DOE | Flexible working hours | 21 days holiday + bank holidays | Christmas closure | Ongoing training & CPDs
Konker is recruiting for an Architectural Technologist to join a growing practice in Chichester. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team delivering projects across all stages.
The successful candidate will play a key role in producing detailed technical drawings, NBS Chorus specifications, and project documentation. Working closely with architects, engineers, and contractors, you'll ensure compliance with Building Regulations while resolving technical challenges with practical solutions.
Key Requirements: Architectural Technologist
- Degree in Architectural Technology (or related)
- Proven experience as a Technologist or similar role
- Proficiency in Revit (AutoCAD beneficial)
- Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and detailing
- BIM coordination experience, including clash detection
- Ability to manage project documentation and support site queries
- CIAT membership (or working towards) beneficial
