Job Description
Konker is recruiting for an Architectural Technician to join a RIBA Chartered practice based on the outskirts of Warrington.
This practice has two offices in the UK, with one being on the outskirts of Warrington and another in Scotland, with 10 members of staff across both locations.
With over 30 years of experience in Architecture, this practice is going through a small recruitment drive and is looking to hire an Architectural Technician to go alongside their recent hire.
The main office is on the outskirts of Warrington and is accessible from surrounding towns and cities such as Manchester (35 minutes), Warrington (15 minutes), and Stockport (30 minutes). Public transport is also an option from neighbouring towns and cities.
This RIBA Chartered practice’s projects vary from private residential, education, heritage, commercial, and residential developments.
Responsibilities: Architectural Technician
- Preparing sketch schemes and design/access statements.
- Having a solid understanding of planning and UK Building Regulations is essential along with being able to liaise with different stakeholders
- Use AutoCAD & Sketchup on a daily basis.
- Working on bespoke residential projects, housing developments, and commercial projects
- Liaising with clients and different stakeholders
The salary for this Architectural Technician position is between £28K & £35K, depending on experience.
