Overview
Konker is recruiting for an Architectural Technician to join a RIBA Chartered practice based on the outskirts of Warrington. The practice has two offices in the UK, with one near Warrington and another in Scotland, with about 10 staff across both locations. The firm has over 30 years of experience in architecture and is undergoing a small recruitment drive.
The main office is on the outskirts of Warrington and is accessible from nearby towns and cities. This RIBA Chartered practice handles projects across private residential, education, heritage, commercial, and residential developments.
Responsibilities
- Preparing sketch schemes and design/access statements.
- Having a solid understanding of planning and UK Building Regulations and liaising with different stakeholders.
- Using AutoCAD and SketchUp on a daily basis.
- Working on bespoke residential projects, housing developments, and commercial projects.
- Liaising with clients and different stakeholders.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Solid understanding of planning and UK Building Regulations.
- Ability to liaise with clients and various stakeholders.
