Architect | Chichester

Salary: £35K-£55K DOE | Flexible working hours | 21 days holiday + bank holidays | Christmas closure | Ongoing training & CPDs

Konker is recruiting for a Project Architect to join a forward-thinking practice in Chichester. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to impactful education projects while working in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.

The role will see you involved in projects from concept through to completion, with responsibility for project running, client presentations, and coordination with consultants and contractors. You'll play an important part in creating student-centred learning environments while balancing design innovation with technical delivery.

Key Requirements:

  • ARB registered Architect
  • Professional practice experience (preferably in education projects)
  • Strong client-facing and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of DfE framework process and sustainable design
  • Proficiency in Revit (AutoCAD and Adobe Suite beneficial)
  • Good understanding of Building Regulations and BIM coordination
  • Collaborative approach with mentoring ability
