Rather than focusing on clicks, impressions and vanity metrics, the agency takes a commercially driven approach to marketing, bringing together creative, search, social and customer insight to improve acquisition and long-term growth. You'll be joining a collaborative team where strategists, creatives and performance marketers work closely together to understand audiences, develop ideas and continually improve campaigns.
The Role: As Creative Strategist, you'll sit between data, strategy and creative execution, turning customer insight and campaign performance into ideas that drive action. You'll dig into audiences, customer journeys, competitor activity and performance data to understand what makes people buy, then translate those insights into creative concepts, messaging and campaigns. This is also a hands-on role. You'll develop concepts, write messaging, contribute to creative direction and work closely with design, media and account teams to bring ideas to life. Most importantly, you'll continually analyse what performs, understand why and use those learnings to make the next campaign even better.
What You'll Do:
- Develop insight-led creative strategies for B2C brands

About You:
- Previous experience within Creative Strategy, Performance Marketing or a similar role
- Strong understanding of what makes effective performance creative
- Experience developing concepts, messaging and brand positioning
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
- Comfortable using research and performance data to inform creative decisions
- Good understanding of Paid Social, Search and wider digital marketing channels
- Strong presentation and client-facing skills
- Commercially minded with an interest in customer behaviour and acquisition
- Experience working with B2C brands would be highly beneficial
- Agency experience would be advantageous
