We are working with a leading consultancy that is reshaping how construction projects are delivered. They are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing and new Oxford team.

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a senior-level role with real ownership, visibility and long-term growth. You will work across a diverse portfolio that includes commercial, residential, education, heritage and public sector developments, typically ranging from £5 million to £60 million in value. From early planning through to completion, you will play a key role in delivering meaningful projects that positively impact the built environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the delivery of multiple construction projects from inception to completion
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong and trusted relationships
  • Oversee design coordination, procurement, contract administration and risk management
  • Manage consultant teams and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Contribute to internal best practice and support the development of junior team members
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, building regulations and internal quality procedures

Skills and Experience

  • Experienced Project Manager in a consultancy or client-side project management role
  • Chartered or working towards chartered status (e.g. MCIOB, MRICS, MAPM)
