Want to work on some of the region’s most exciting projects – complex, high-tech builds! Seeking progression, project variance and more responsibility with a growing workforce? If you want to work in an environment where you can gain great exposure to different RIBA stages and get more site experience – this is the role for you!

About the company:

This highly successful, Design & Build Engineering consultancy specialise in Cleanrooms, working on projects across the country, and Europe in the healthcare and laboratory sectors, to name a few. They are now looking to complement their BIM team with a Junior to experienced level MEP BIM Technician. Their BIM team currently stands at 6 people across their disciplines, so you’ll be able to collaborate with different individuals and stakeholders.

While they work mainly on cleanrooms, these types of builds can be applied to a huge range of buildings, in sectors such as battery storage, hospitals, NHS projects, laboratories and data centres – don’t think you’d pigeon hole yourself!

They’ve very recently taken on one large project, M&E services estimated around the 8M euro mark, which you’d initially be working on. This Cleanroom isolation unit is based in Dublin and will be a special unit for highly contagious patients with infections as serious as Ebola! There is no ‘normal’ project with this consultancy, so if you’re after interesting builds with highly complex and critical engineering, this is the role for you!

With other projects in sectors such as Datacentres, Battery storage facilities and Laboratories, you’ll be working on some really different, bespoke buildings, making every day different to the usual residential project.

From working with this consultancy over the last 5 years, everyone has a strong feel of being valued and well rewarded for their work. They’re a reputable company in their market, they are ambitious and are keen to grow their team with equally ambitious individuals.

What they require from the successful MEP BIM Technician:
