About the company:
This building services design consultancy are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their team in Leeds city centre but would also consider candidates at principal who may have the relevant experience and hoping to make the jump up. Their foundations are based on strong technical and practical skills developed over many years of providing Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health and Vertical Transportation advice to Construction, Facilities and Property professionals across all sectors of the Built Environment.
Some of their big projects include the Newton Building ICZ Extension for the University of Salford and Hanover House in Manchester. They are constantly keeping their technology and concepts up to date to ensure every project meets Low Carbon Legislation requirements and have won 'Best M&E Engineering Consultancy' Award for three years in a row.
They're an employee-owned business who give more control to their employees on how they also see the business should be run. With this comes the added incentive of bonuses and extra benefits when the business is performing well. They have a total of three offices, Manchester, Liverpool and Leeds, the last of which is the smallest location, but with huge potential for growth and the commitment from the team to invest in the area. This next hire will be given the full support of the business to help facilitate the growth of the office and their expansion plans. With already a strong workload and a good presence in the area, you will be supporting projects as well as leading a small team and eventually bringing in your own work.
They employ engineers at all levels and aim to support their career progression and development. For this role, the consultancy is considering applications for both the Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, people who are already in a Senior position, or hoping to make the step up.
