Looking to build a career in content where creativity actually comes first?
Enjoy mixing organic social media with hands on content creation across static and video, specifically in the B2B sector? This could be a great next step.
The Business:
This well established, people first marketing agency works closely with ambitious brands to create content that genuinely connects with audiences. The team is close knit, collaborative, and known for investing heavily in training and development, which is reflected in their excellent staff retention.
You'll be joining an environment where ideas are encouraged, creativity is valued, and progression is realistic rather than promised.
Hybrid working is standard, and the business also offers a Christmas shutdown on top of your usual holiday allowance.
The Role:
As a Digital Content Executive, you'll sit at the heart of the content team, supporting organic social media and content creation across multiple channels.
You'll help plan, create, and schedule content, working across static and video formats, while collaborating closely with wider teams. A big part of the role is getting out to client locations with colleagues to help shoot content, making this a great role for someone who enjoys variety and being hands on.
While this is not a heavily client facing position, confidence speaking with clients and being on site is a big plus.
About You:
- Experience creating content for organic social channels.
- Comfortable working with both static and short form video content.
- Strong interest in social media and storytelling through content.
- Happy to get out on shoots and collaborate in person with clients and teammates.
- Organised, creative, and keen to develop your skills further.
- Agency experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Client facing experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
The Package:
- £30k Salary DOE.
- Hybrid working model.
- Christmas shutdown in addition to standard holiday allowance.
- Strong training and development support.
- Friendly, supportive team with excellent retention.
- Real opportunity to grow within a well structured content team.
