The Role: As Digital Content Executive, you’ll play a key role in creating authentic, UGC style content for client campaigns. Working closely with the organic social and paid media teams, you’ll help produce engaging content that builds trust, showcases expertise, and supports performance led campaigns. This is a hands on role with plenty of variety. You’ll regularly visit client sites across Manchester and the surrounding areas to capture natural, on brand content in real working environments.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Creating short form video and static UGC style content for B2B clients
  • Supporting content planning and scheduling across social platforms
  • Collaborating closely with paid media teams to align content with campaign objectives
  • Visiting client locations to capture authentic, people led content
  • Contributing creative ideas to improve engagement and performance
  • Ensuring content meets brand, compliance, and quality standards

About You:

  • Around 12 months experience in a content or social role, ideally agency side
  • Confident creating UGC style content that feels natural and engaging
  • Comfortable working directly with clients in professional environments
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Happy travelling locally to client sites when needed
  • Organised, creative, and eager to develop within an agency setting

  • Salary around £28,000 depending on experience
