The Position: As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and growing long lasting strong relationships with existing and new clients. Commercially focused, with strong industry knowledge and networking capability to generate leads, drive growth, and develop a strong sales pipeline. Responsible for managing one direct report, supporting them in achieving their targets alongside your own.

About you:

  • Strong background in sales and business development, within the events industry.
  • History of hitting/exceeding sales targets, that show driving revenue and business growth.
  • Confident and ambitious individual!
  • Ability to build and grow your own pipeline.
  • Degree level education is preferred.

This position is hybrid, requires 3 days in the office and 2 working from home.
