About the company?
This Building Services specific consultancy have been operating across the country for the last 8 years and are now up to a strong team of 30 individuals. Due to workload and their ambitious plans, they are now looking to complement their growing team with a BIM Manager - ideally with 5 years plus and able to hit the ground running, either someone with experience in a BIM Manager role, or experienced enough to soon move into that type of position.
They've recently opened a new office in London due to the amount of work they have coming in, so they're in a really good place for growth!
The successful candidate will have sound a Building Services understanding and be able to use software packages such as Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks for example. All of their work is exclusively done using BIM and you will be complementing 2 other BIM professionals within the business, managing the team and BIM processes.
If you're after a position where you can organically grow and progress into much more senior positions alongside the management team, this is the role for you.
