This is a chance to step into a BIM role where your ideas will shape how projects are delivered.

You’ll join a Nottingham-based architecture practice working on large commercial, logistics, industrial, manufacturing, food & drink, datacentre and workplace projects.

This is a team delivering technical projects where BIM genuinely matters - not just for presentation, but for coordination, quality, information management and better project outcomes.

You’ll support project teams, improve Revit workflows, help with training, coordinate models, manage clash detection and keep information moving properly between architects, consultants and clients.

You won’t just be fixing models in the background. You’ll help raise standards across the studio.

The role:

  • £45,000–£50,000 salary
  • Nottingham location
  • Large-scale technical projects
  • A BIM-focused role in an architecture practice
  • A chance to support and train project teams
  • Input into BIM standards, workflows and best practice
  • Exposure to COBie, Uniclass, audits and clash detection
  • Long-term development in a technical, project-led environment

You’ll suit this if you have around 3–5 years’ experience in CAD/BIM coordination within practice, strong Revit knowledge and a good understanding of technical delivery.

Experience with COBie, Uniclass, model federation, clash detection and client-side BIM requirements would be useful.

You might be an Architectural Technologist, BIM Coordinator, BIM Technician or technically focused Part 1/Part 2 background who has moved into BIM.

If you want a BIM role where you can influence standards, support others and work on bigger technical projects, this is worth a conversation.
