Konker is recruiting for an Architectural Technician to join a well-established architectural practice based in North Devon.

The practice works across residential, agricultural and commercial projects, delivering high-quality schemes throughout the South West\’s countryside.

You\’ll be involved in a varied workload including bespoke homes, conversions, agricultural buildings and heritage projects.

Salary ranges from £35K to £50K depending on experience.

The Role

Produce technical and architectural drawings
Prepare planning drawings and assist with Building Regulations
Carry out measured surveys and attend site visits
Liaise with clients, consultants and local authorities The Requirements

UK experience as an Architectural Technician / Technologist
Strong Building Regulations knowledge
Background in residential, rural or commercial projects
Revit experience required (AutoCAD / SketchUp an advantage)
Organised, detail-focused and able to work independently What\’s On Offer
