Architectural Technologist / Technician, Commercial projects – Beford Salary: £30K-£40K You want responsibility, variety, and a share in the upside. Here you will work across live commercial schemes in retail, logistics, offices and education, taking information from early ideas through planning, tender and construction, with the tools and support to do your best work. The business is 100% employee owned, so you share in the rewards when the year goes well. You will join an independent practice with multiple offices across the UK. Architects, engineers, planners and surveyors sit together so decisions happen faster and projects land cleanly. Day to day you will draw, detail and coordinate, apply Building Regulations with confidence, and work directly with consultants and contractors to keep delivery moving.
