Konker is recruiting for an Architect to join a highly regarded RIBA practice that has recently secured several substantial sports-led projects across the UK. With around 120 people across three UK offices, this is a practice known for combining strong design thinking with dependable technical delivery.
Growth within the sports and leisure team has created an opportunity for an Architect who wants exposure to meaningful, well-funded projects and a clear route for progression. You will be based in the Gloucester studio, which is a collaborative, well-established environment where teams work closely across disciplines.
The role would suit an Architect who enjoys being involved across all stages, is comfortable working in Revit, and values being part of a supportive, well-structured practice. Previous sports & leisure experience is useful but not essential; the team is set up to support Architects moving into the sector.
The salary range is £36,000 to £43,000, depending on experience. Hybrid working is available after three months, alongside flexible start and finish times. The practice also offers a discretionary bonus paid twice yearly, regular CPDs, and structured professional development.
