Konker is recruiting for an Architectural Technician or Technologist to join a riverside practice, based in Cornwall, with over 25 years’ experience across numerous sectors. This role provides opportunities to contribute towards commercial, educational, healthcare, leisure, spa and hotel projects, as well as all aspects of residential architecture. They mainly work on domestic projects, including £2-4 million houses, extensions, and some multi-house developments. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals with all levels of experience.

- Proficient experience in Revit and stage four technical drawings with building regulations knowledge

- £30,000 to £40,000 DOE
