A well-established, family-run retailer based in Cheshire is looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join their team. With a strong presence in-store and online, the business supplies country clothing, equestrian gear, garden machinery, and farming essentials. Following recent expansion and a new e-commerce site on the way, it’s an exciting time to come on board.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of E-Commerce, this is a key role with clear progression to Marketing Manager. You’ll plan and deliver creative, data-driven campaigns across social media, email, and paid channels to grow traffic, boost sales, and build brand presence.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Running social media campaigns and producing engaging video, photo, and visual content
- Managing and optimising Meta and TikTok paid ads
- Creating and analysing email campaigns using automation and segmentation
- Producing content for the website and all digital platforms
- Managing influencer outreach and partnerships
- Monitoring campaign performance and reporting key insights
- Staying ahead of trends and competitor activity
- Managing budgets for all paid digital activity
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in digital marketing, ideally in retail or with equestrian/farming knowledge
- Strong track record across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok (organic & paid)
- Hands-on content creator – video, photography, flat lays
- Experienced in email marketing tools, automation, and reporting
- Solid design skills using Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Canva
- Confident using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics
- A creative and commercially-minded thinker with strong communication and project management skills
The Details
- Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 DOE
- Bonus: Performance-related bonus
- Benefits: Pension, staff discount, on-site parking
- Hours: Full-time, Mon–Fri
- Location: On-site – Hybrid
