Senior Architect £40K-£45K Cotswolds Konker is on the lookout for a Senior Architect to join an award-winning RIBA practice in the Cotswolds – this is a great opportunity for an individual to get involved with new, exciting projects!This practice was founded in 2010 and has 2 offices – the original office is based in London and their second one opened in the Cotswolds a couple of years ago! Both offices generally work closely with each other – sharing the workload and site visits between them. Both offices employ 17 staff members: directors, associates, architects, architectural technicians, and assistants.The Cotswolds office is located in a rural area, so a UK Driver’s license is required. The location of the office is situated on the grounds of a country estate.The RIBA practice is currently working on a variety of exciting, high-end projects currently, that involve workspace projects, residential, commercial to listed buildings. They work from inception to completion requiring Masterplanning and Landscaping stages. Collaborating is key and purposeful hence their ability to deliver award-winning buildings and designs.
