We are on the lookout for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join an award-winning Architectural practice based in Ringwood. This RIBA chartered practice currently has 13 members of staff and is looking to expand this number throughout the year due to their strong pipeline of work. Their awards include the Women in Construction, Constructing Excellence, and Build Architecture Award.
Projects-wise, this Architectural practice works in a variety of sectors – from hotel & leisure, education, residential to commercial. At the moment, they are working on a number of exciting projects that you could gain involvement in. They offer a list of services to their clients from client advisory, visualisation, interior design and, of course, the architecture side.
To be considered for the role, they are looking for:
- Part 2 qualification
- Previous experience in practice
- Experience using AutoCAD
- Knowledge of Sketchup and Adobe Creative Cloud is beneficial
The Role:
- RIBA Part 2 Qualified
- Able to liaise effectively with colleagues and business professionals
- Obtain an understanding of the design stages
- Motivated individual that wants to expand knowledge of the Architecture industry & achieve career goals
There are opportunities for career progression with this Architectural practice – they will assist you in completing your Part 3 studies. The salary for this position ranges from £27K - £30K DOE.
