Architect Developer - Residential & Hotels projects
Do you have experience working on high-end residential projects of around 30 units, as well as hotels? Having established themselves around East Anglia, this medium sized developer are now looking for an experienced Architect to join their team, to work on a range of different residential projects and hotels.
We’re looking for an experienced Architect who ideally has experience in both of these sectors, with the ability to take projects from the start, all the way through to completion, with an emphasis on the earlier RIBA stages.
At this moment in time, the majority of the Architectural work is outsourced, so they’re now hoping to bring their Architectural operations in house, giving you the opportunity to have creative and operational input, within time.
