Senior Marketing Executive to join their team.

With a strong presence in-store and online, the business supplies country clothing, equestrian gear, garden machinery, and farming essentials.

Following recent expansion and a new e-commerce site on the way, it's an exciting time to come on board.

The Role

  • Reporting to the Head of E-Commerce, this is a key role with clear progression to
  • Marketing Manager

. You'll plan and deliver creative, data-driven campaigns across social media, email, and paid channels to grow traffic, boost sales, and build brand presence.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Running social media campaigns and producing engaging video, photo, and visual content
  • Managing and optimising Meta and Tik Tok paid ads
  • Creating and analysing email campaigns using automation and segmentation
  • Producing content for the website and all digital platforms
  • Managing influencer outreach and partnerships
  • Monitoring campaign performance and reporting key insights
  • Staying ahead of trends and competitor activity
  • Managing budgets for all paid digital activity

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in digital marketing, ideally in retail or with equestrian/farming knowledge
  • Strong track record across Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok (organic & paid)
  • Hands-on content creator – video, photography, flat lays
  • Experienced in email marketing tools , automation, and reporting
  • Solid design skills using Photoshop, In Design, Illustrator, Canva
  • Confident using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics
  • A creative and commercially-minded thinker with strong communication and project management skills
