Konker Group is hiring a Planner to join a growing planning team in Cardiff. This role is to support increased project demand across urban development, regeneration, and mixed-use projects. The company is a multi-disciplinary and employee-owned practice with around 25 staff across two regional studios. You’ll be joining a close-knit planning team embedded within a wider design-led environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assisting with planning applications and supporting project teams
  • Engaging with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders
  • Contributing to site appraisals, policy research, and design team workshops

What We’re Looking For:

  • Knowledge of UK planning legislation and process
  • Hands on experience with planning applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for high-quality placemaking and sustainable development
