We’re looking for an established Principal Mechanical Engineer who can run their own team and would like to move into a position where they can support the growth of the office. Due to the fact all their 5 offices work very collaboratively, you can be working on projects all over the country, from Police stations, education buildings and healthcare schemes. They’re known for their quality designs and top engineers within the business. You’ll be able to work on a huge range of schemes, leading projects and supporting office growth. With a very impressive staff retention rate, this company are proving to be committed to employee wellbeing and internal progression, saying themselves that ongoing training and skills development is key to their success. This growing business has a strong team of over 80 engineers across their 5 offices which often collaborate closely with one another on projects. They work closely with contractors and clients, meaning you will have the chance to design for both the early and later stages of a project. For this consultancy, it is very much quality over quantity. They are an ambitious group of individuals, with this Birmingham office planning on going from 10 staff members to 20 in the next year, you could be part of that growth.
