BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting a Site Manager for the Midlands, based on a school site in Solihull with occasional travel to other Trust sites.
The role is Monday–Friday, site-based, and focused on safe, smooth day-to-day facilities delivery.
You will lead the on-site BAM FM team, coordinate M&E, building fabric, cleaning and caretaking, and manage subcontractors to meet SLA requirements.
