BAM UK & Ireland is seeking a proactive and highly organised Project Administrator to join our team on Greens Substation, a key infrastructure development that will support the ongoing enhancement and resilience of the UK's electricity network.

This exciting site-based role offers the opportunity to be part of a major project that will play an important role in enabling the transmission of reliable, sustainable energy for future generations.

  • This is an on‑site based role in Aberdeenshire.
  • BAM operates a flexible working policy.

  • Maintain site document filing system including accurate paper and computer‑based records.
  • Coordinate accommodation and travel bookings for site personnel, ensuring cost‑effective, timely and efficient arrangements for the project and providing support to other projects when required.
  • Utilise computer software packages such as SAP, Outlook and Excel.
  • Attend meetings and training sessions.
  • Key Purchase Requisitions for materials.
  • Carry out other relevant duties as directed by your line manager.
  • Maintain high personal safety and environmental standards in accordance with Company policy and contribute to the "Everyone Safe and Well Everyday" vision.
