This role will be field based, in the North West region (we will accept candidates in the following locations: BL, CA, CH, CW, FY, L, LA, LL, M, PR, SK, ST1 - 13, SY, WA, WN).

As our next Production Print Service Technician, you will play a key role in resolving complex technical issues in the field and maintaining strong customer relationships, while contributing to productivity, profitability, and service excellence across our production print operations.
Key Responsibilities:- To achieve key performance targets as directed in order to maintain optimum customer satisfaction.
- To respond to customer calls in a timely and professional manner, identify and resolve technical faults and undertake any part replacements as they arise.
- To actively remotely resolve incidents and avoid physical visits.
- To undertake relevant training as directed by the Field Service Manager, in order to ensure up to date knowledge are maintained for all Konica Minolta production print products, to include overnight residential training as required either in the UK or Overseas.
- To undertake all repairs in a safe manner and in accordance with manufacturers recommendations and Health & Safety legislation.
- To complete all necessary reporting requirements and paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
- To effectively use technology tools such as Laptop and phone in order to ensure continuous improvements in service delivery.
- Attend local team meetings to discuss technical problems, high escalation machines and client issues, with the focus on cost saving, efficiency improvements and action plans.
