We are seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team at Konica Minolta!

As a Field Service Technician at Konica Minolta, you will be responsible for installing and networking Multi-Functional devices on customer premises, ensuring customer satisfaction. Other duties include:

• Achieving key performance targets to maintain customer satisfaction
• Responding to call outs promptly, diagnosing and resolving technical faults, and undertaking modifications
• Installing and networking Multi-Functional Devices to customer satisfaction
• Providing advice and training to customers on device functions
• Undertaking relevant training to stay updated on Konica Minolta products, including overnight residential training
• Performing repairs safely according to manufacturer recommendations and health & safety legislation
• Completing reports and paperwork accurately and promptly
• Using technology tools like tablets and laptops to improve service delivery
• Maintaining vehicle or stock standards and supporting other service teams as needed
• Attending and contributing to team meetings
