Role: Production Print Field Service Technician

Location: East Midlands - Field Based

Package: £28,000 - £33,000 plus 10% bonus.

We are looking for a Production Print Field Service Technician to join our team at Konica Minolta! As a Field Service Technician at Konica Minolta, you will provide technical solutions to a varied range of our customers. You will respond to call outs in a timely manner, being the representation for Konica Minolta on customer sites, identifying and resolving technical faults, installing and networking MFDs on customer sites, and providing advice and training to customers. You will have key targets and SLAs that you will work with the wider team to achieve!

  • Stage 2: Teams interview with the hiring team.
  • Stage 3: Our Talent Acquisition team will be in touch to make an offer and should you accept our HR operations team will take care of you from there on in.

  • To achieve key performance targets as directed in order to maintain optimum customer satisfaction
  • Achieve key SLAs as directed in order to maintain optimum customer satisfaction
  • To respond to call outs in a timely and professional manner, identify and resolve technical faults and undertake all technical modifications as they arise.
  • To install and network Multi Functional Devices on the customer premises to the customer's satisfaction
  • To provide advice and training to customers on all aspects of the machines functions in order to ensure customers are fully aware of and utilise the full capabilities of installed device.
  • To undertake relevant training as directed, which will include computer-based training, in order to ensure up to date knowledge is maintained of all Konica Minolta Multi Function products, to include overnight residential training as required.
  • To undertake all repairs in a safe manner and in accordance with manufacturers recommendations and Health & Safety legislation.
  • To complete all necessary reporting requirements and paperwork in an accurate and timely manner
  • To effectively use technology tools such as tablet and Laptop in order to ensure continuous improvements in service delivery
  • To maintain car or walking stock to required standards
  • To support or respond to service call outs for other service teams as necessary
