The predicted salary is between 86000 - 116000 £ per year.

Location: We offer Choice-Based Working, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK. You'll also have access to our Konica Minolta and Regus offices nationwide, with occasional travel as the business requires.

Package: £106,000 – £140,000 + 50% bonus and car allowance

As our next Sales Director, you will play a key role in leading the UK Sales organisation and shaping the strategy required to achieve our commercial ambitions. You will be responsible for setting and delivering the strategic direction that drives performance across all key metrics, including Units, Revenue, Gross Profit, SGA, Net Profit, and any additional company-defined objectives. Through strong leadership and clear commercial focus, you will ensure the sales organisation is aligned, empowered, and positioned to consistently meet and exceed business targets.

Key deliverables will include:

  • Driving sustainable growth across all go-to-market channels—Field, Inside, Digital, and Partner/Distributor - ensuring an optimal business mix aligned with strategic commitments and delivering the action plans agreed with European and Global leadership.
  • Developing and executing a robust account and segment-planning methodology across all customer types and routes to market, ensuring effective engagement, net-new customer acquisition, and the retention and expansion of existing relationships.
  • Achieving UK market-share targets in Office and PP/IP print categories, strengthening new business acquisition in line with FY26/MTP goals, and increasing Hybrid Sales penetration (Office & DW-DX) across all customer segments.
  • Ensuring disciplined business management to maximise revenue and profitability across the full product, services, and solutions portfolio, with specific focus on optimising both Direct and Indirect channel performance.
  • Working collaboratively with the UK Executive Board and the wider organisation, ensuring seamless cross-functional alignment and champions a customer-centric, low-friction operating culture.
  • Overseeing sales capability development, ensuring continuous improvement in the effectiveness and capacity of the UK Sales function.

We'd Love to Hear from You If You Have:

  • Managed Print industry experience
  • Able to manage conflicting priorities and deliver results in line with UK plans and targets.
  • Deep understanding of the print and solutions market, with strong commercial and technical sales acumen, and a clear grasp of company products, market strategy, and broader financial considerations.
  • Skilled in analysing complex sales and market data to support logical, evidence-based decisions.
  • Capable of adjusting plans in response to evolving market needs and proactively consulting with UK leadership to maximise performance and market opportunities.
  • Strong knowledge of direct and indirect routes to market, digital sales, and remote sales operations
  • Experience in managing stakeholders in a local, regional and global corporate environment.
  • Experience operating effectively within a multicultural corporate environment
  • Demonstrable evidence of performing in a result-driven leadership role, leading leaders across all go-to-market routes across all sectors and segments
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, presenting and written communication skills, enabling strong relationships with board directors, senior management, sales teams, customers, and partners.
  • Able to influence stakeholders at all levels and articulate the strategic value of products, services, and solutions.
