We are looking for a commercially strong, customer-facing delivery leader who can connect what we sell with what we deliver. The role works across Sales, Operations, Technology, Data and Governance to ensure customer and internal programmes are assessed properly, delivered well and aligned to capacity, risk, cost, margin and operational reality. You will provide senior leadership across deployment, systems, change, data and governance, working with direct reports and other functional leads to strengthen delivery discipline, commercial outcomes and leadership capability.

The role has accountability across the following areas:

  • Enterprise deployment, customer implementation and internal change delivery.
  • Commercial governance, including margin protection, cost control, investment decisions and benefits realisation.
  • Senior oversight of business systems, data, MI, reporting and insight capability.
  • Senior oversight of information governance, information security and data protection.
  • Leadership, coaching and development of direct reports and functional leads.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivery and deployment leadership: Lead the deployment portfolio across customer and internal initiatives, aligned to strategy, commitments, capacity, risk, financial controls and benefits. Provide clear governance for complex, cross-functional and high-risk programmes. Maintain visibility of priorities, resource constraints, project risks, commercial exposure and customer impact.
  • Sales, customer and commercial alignment: Act as the senior bridge between Sales, Operations and delivery teams so opportunities are assessed before commitments are made. Support complex customer opportunities with credible input on delivery approach, implementation risk, commercial viability and operational impact. Improve sale-to-delivery handover, reducing margin erosion, rework, customer dissatisfaction and operational pressure.
  • Commercial performance and portfolio governance: Own commercial governance across relevant portfolios, including forecasting, cost control, margin protection, investment governance and benefits tracking. Ensure delivery and change activity improves margin, cost-to-serve, productivity, customer experience and operational efficiency. Provide clear reporting and insight for the Operations SLT and Executive team.
  • Systems and business platforms leadership: Provide oversight for business systems and applications through established functional leads, aligned with European IT. Ensure core platforms are secure, resilient, scalable, well governed and effectively adopted. Link systems change to clear business outcomes.
  • Internal transformation and business change: Oversee internal projects and business change through the relevant functional leads. Translate strategy into practical roadmaps across systems, data, process and people change. Ensure change is sustainable, well adopted and proportionate to business need.
  • Data, MI and insight: Provide leadership for Data and MI through existing ownership structures, ensuring trusted reporting, insight and performance visibility. Set clear data ownership, quality standards and governance aligned to European data and IT strategy. Use insight to improve delivery performance, commercial decisions, customer outcomes and productivity.
  • Information governance, security and data protection: Provide senior oversight of information governance, information security and data protection through relevant functional ownership. Oversee security risk management, customer security responses, certifications and compliance obligations.
  • People leadership and capability development: Lead, coach and develop direct reports and functional leads across deployment, systems, data, governance and change. Build clarity, accountability and confidence without unnecessary disruption after recent change. Create a culture of delivery discipline, commercial awareness, collaboration and continuous improvement.

What to Expect from Our Hiring Process: We want your recruitment experience to be transparent, inclusive, and engaging - with clear expectations, open conversations, and space for you to be yourself.

  • Screening Call: A friendly conversation with one of our Talent Acquisition team members - a chance for us to get to know each other.
  • Assessment: If you are selected to progress to interview, you will be asked to complete a psychometric assessment. This is designed to give us a better understanding of your natural working preferences, behaviours and approach within a business environment. The assessment is not used as a standalone measure to determine whether you are successful or unsuccessful in the recruitment process; instead, it will provide additional insight to support our overall understanding of you alongside the interview process.
  • Interview (via Teams): Meet the hiring team and gain a deeper understanding of the role, the team and our organisation. As part of the interview, you'll be asked to complete a short task and answer a series of competency‑based questions.
  • Offer Stage: If we're a great fit, our Talent Acquisition team will be in touch with an offer. From there, our HR Operations team will take care of you.

We'd Love to Hear from You If You:

  • Have senior leadership experience across enterprise delivery, transformation, systems, data, governance or customer implementation.
  • Have credibility in customer‑facing B2B environments, ideally supporting complex or high‑value enterprise deployments.
  • Possess strong commercial acumen, with the ability to test whether commitments are deliverable, profitable and aligned to capacity.
  • Have experience working with Sales, Operations and technical teams to shape solutions, manage risk and improve sale‑to‑delivery handover.
  • Have a track record of improving margin, productivity, cost‑to‑serve, customer experience, operational efficiency or delivery performance.
  • Have experience providing senior oversight of systems, applications, data or governance through established functional leads.
  • Possess strong programme governance, stakeholder management and financial control.
  • Have a coaching‑led leadership style that develops existing managers, strengthens capability and creates accountability.
  • SAP experience would be useful, but is not essential; regular UK travel and some international travel is required.
