As our next Contract Administration Specialist, you will ensure timely and accurate contract validation, billing and query resolution on all customer accounts, providing guidance and support to outsourced operations and key stakeholders whilst ensuring the department meets all compliance risk and control obligations.
Key responsibilities:
- Accurately complete all Billing on allocated accounts within month invoice due taking necessary action to obtain required data and meet bespoke requirement to facilitate payment within terms
- Validate existing and new contracts and billing set up on allocated accounts
- Ensure accurate investigation and resolution of allocated queries with the aim of completion within business SLA
- Proactively work with key customer contacts on allocated accounts to remove barriers and resolve issues preventing prompt payment of invoices
- Work with Contract Administration Specialists and Outsourced provider to ensure timely completion of specified KPI's, providing data and escalating outside of Service Level work items
- Act as a review and escalation point for all critical Contract Administration exceptions from the outsourced provider and key internal stakeholders - representing Contract Administration in key projects and business changes
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all Contract Administration audit, compliance, and J-SOX checks, taking remedial action where required
- Support in identifying root cause of issue
