Location: We offer Choice-Based Working, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK. You will also have access to our Konica Minolta and Regus offices nationwide, and will be required to travel to client sites as and when required.

As our next New Business Major Account Manager, you will play a key role in winning, growing and retaining profitable new business customers for Konica Minolta.
Key responsibilities:- Develop well targeted new business sales plans & strategies to maximise revenues and efficiencies across a range of vertical markets - in line with Company goals and business targets.
- Ensure effective prospecting activity, customer research, up/cross selling and pipeline management, ensuring all data is captured in the Company CRM system.
- Follow robust, repeatable and measurable processes for new business acquisition, account management (including service delivery where applicable), customer SOW growth and profitable retention.
- Be accountable for every aspect of your customer's relationship with Konica Minolta.
- Work closely with all divisions to build campaigns and drive successful customer engagements.
- Work closely with the Customer success team to drive meaningful Service Delivery into your accounts and ensure that Account Planning takes deliverable customer goals into the process.
- Work with Marketing to define effective outbound activity to drive sales.
- Lead targeted solution development that best addresses end-user needs.
- Work collaboratively with all areas of the business ensuring an aligned approach with solution selling.
- Continuously develop knowledge of KM products and offerings across the business through upskilling and self-learning.
- Screening Call: A friendly conversation with one of our Talent Acquisition team members - a chance for us to get to know each other.
- First Interview: Teams interview with the hiring team, which will include competency questions and a presentation.
- Second Interview: Teams Interview to go through follow-up questions.
- Offer Stage: If we are a great fit, our Talent Acquisition team will be in touch with an offer. From there, our HR Operations team will take care of you.
- Experience of winning, managing and retaining major accounts in Private Sector.
- Experience of working with Procurement, IT & C level contacts.
- Strong research and solution focused sales experience.
- Ability to prepare accurate sales forecasts.
- Hands on experience of CRM.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Commercially astute and able to take a strategic view as well as tactical.
