Location: Hybrid - 1 day per week in our Basildon office

As our next Exception Handler, you will be coordinating all incidents for our customers, using automatic scheduling software and managing exceptions using time management skills to prioritise and ensure accurate completion of all incidents within SLAs. You will work with your allocated Field Service Managers and onsite teams to provide a streamlined process and enable them to focus on value added activity.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Achieve all set targets and KPIs.
- Co-ordinate the activities of the field service engineers
- Be aware of the engineers' technical abilities and qualifications
- Work proactively and collaboratively with the Service Support teams
- Support the strategy for the Technology Business Unit
- Follow all ITIL-related governance, best practices, and processes
- Manage inbound and outbound telephone calls
- General Housekeeping of all activities within the Service Region
- Management of Chasers in a timely manner
- Providing accurate ETAs
- Manage day to day Exception activities within a timely manner
- Ensure that you operate in 100% compliance with Konica Minolta's procedures and our core values.
- Understand own actions in relation to data protection and security requirements and legislation
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills and a proactive mindset
- Process adherence at all times
