We are currently seeking a Training Receptionist for a 12-month period to provide temporary support and assistance in covering maternity leave.
What you will be doing:
- Providing professional and flexible assistance for the administration of Customer Training Courses/Programs.
- Act as host to training course participants.
- Preparation of training courses and manuals (paper/electronic) and certification.
- Support Training Coordinator and Instructors using the Learning Management System.
- Preparation, issuing and expediting of purchase orders associated with customer training.
- Assist with delegate requirements (e.g., taxi bookings).
- General administration for the Training Department.
- Ordering and preparation of lunches.
- General housekeeping of canteen and kitchen area.
- Act as support for the Customer Training Coordinator.
- Assist in managing stock of customer and promotional goods.
- Undertake training and coaching as necessary to increase personal skills to achieve personal and departmental performance objectives.
- Demonstrate a high standard of good health and safety practice for both self and others.
- Contribute towards effective team working and communication both internally and externally.
- Understand departmental targets, results, key performance indicators and their role in delivery of these indicators.
- Understand quality procedures applicable to specific duties.
- Ensure high standards of personal presentation in keeping with company standards.
