Overview
Join our dynamic team at Kongsberg Automotive and contribute to the production of high-quality industrial and automotive parts. In this role, you will operate manufacturing machinery, ensuring all products meet our stringent quality standards. You will be part of a team in a fast-paced environment, receive full training to help you achieve your daily targets and maintain our Health and Safety standards. Requirements
Successful applicants must be highly motivated, with good communication skills, attention to detail, and work well as part of a diverse team. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage but is not essential.
What We Offer
You will work 37.5 hours per week on a rotating pattern: Days (5.45 to 13.45) / Nights (21.45 to 5.45) / Afters (13.45 to 21.45), or a weekend pattern of two 12-hour days (Sat and Sun) plus a day in the week. In return, you will receive a starting salary of £25.621 per annum as well as an excellent benefits package including 25 holidays, 8 bank holidays, and matched pension contributions at 5%.
