About the role: In this role you will report directly to the Head of International Talent for GTM and be the go-to person for filling the sales candidate funnel working very closely with our Sales Recruiters. It will be your responsibility to manage meetings with hiring managers for all new roles, setting and managing expectations of candidates and our leadership team. It will be your responsibility to manage all incoming applications and referrals, as well as build your own candidate pipeline via outbound sourcing efforts.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support the recruiting team by consistently generating a healthy pipeline of high quality candidates for sales roles across EMEA APAC.
  • Partner with hiring managers and interview teams to understand their hiring needs and goals.
  • Create and execute unique and effective sourcing strategies and techniques to find top talent.
  • Engage, screen and schedule candidate meetings and support candidates through the recruitment process whilst providing a first class recruiting experience.
  • Be an SME and provide insights to hiring managers to help build and influence the search.
