Kong is hiring an ADR Team Lead to support the UK, Benelux, and Nordics. This player-coach role manages your own pipeline while developing the team and new ADRs, reporting to the Senior Manager for NEMEA. You’ll shape processes, coaching, and tooling to drive faster ramp and stronger results.
You’ll work closely with AE partners and Enablement, balancing personal quota with coaching, and you’ll bring data-driven insights to regional forecasts and pipeline reviews.
