Due to the continued growth of the company, we are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor for projects across the UK, Ireland & wider EU.
Duties include:
- Manage a crew of concrete workers to ensure projects are delivered to client specifications & quality
- Liaise with clients and subcontractors on site in all aspects
- Organise daily work schedules and delegating roles to various tradesmen and skilled workers in the crew
- Completion of daily and weekly checklists to ensure accurate real-time reporting of information to office-based staff
- Take proactive ownership of all site-related issues starting from the initial planning for pre-site organisation, right through to on-site activities and subsequent completion of project to ensure a successful outcome at each stage
Essential Criteria
- Must have Right to Work in both the UK & EU
- Must be willing to travel for work to any active site
- Previous experience leading a team working with concrete
- Must have the ability to maintain focus under pressure
- Good onsite and off-site communication skills
- High attention to detail
Salary & Remuneration
- Salary is negotiable depending on experience
- Occupational workplace pension
- 20 days annual leave plus statutory public holidays
