Due to the continued growth of the company, we are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor for projects across the UK, Ireland & wider EU.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage a crew of concrete workers to ensure projects are delivered to client specifications & quality.
- Liaise with clients and subcontractors on site in all aspects.
- Organise daily work schedules and delegate roles to various tradesmen and skilled workers in the crew.
- Completion of daily and weekly checklists to ensure accurate real-time reporting of information to office-based staff.
- Take proactive ownership of all site-related issues starting from the initial planning for pre-site organisation, right through to on-site activities and subsequent completion of project to ensure a successful outcome at each stage.
Essential Criteria
- Must have Right to Work in both the UK & EU.
- Must be willing to travel for work to any active site.
- Previous experience leading a team working with concrete.
- Must have the ability to maintain focus under pressure.
- Good onsite and off-site communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
Salary & Remuneration
- Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

- 20 days annual leave plus statutory public holidays.
