The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 € per year.

Due to the continued growth of the company, we are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor for projects across the UK, Ireland & wider EU.

  • Manage a crew of concrete workers to ensure projects are delivered to client specifications & quality.
  • Liaise with clients and subcontractors on site in all aspects.
  • Organise daily work schedules and delegating roles to various tradesmen and skilled workers in the crew.
  • Completion of daily and weekly checklists to ensure accurate real-time reporting of information to office-based staff.
  • Take proactive ownership of all site-related issues starting from the initial planning for pre-site organisation, right through to on-site activities and subsequent completion of project to ensure a successful outcome at each stage.

Essential Criteria

  • Must have Right to Work in both the UK & EU.
  • Must be willing to travel for work to any active site.
  • Previous experience leading a team working with concrete.
  • Must have the ability to maintain focus under pressure.
  • Good onsite and off-site communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.

Salary & Remuneration

  • Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
  • Occupational workplace pension.
  • 20 days annual leave plus statutory public holidays.
  • All necessary training provided by the company.
