Konexo Financial Services is looking to add experienced Team Leads to its bench for upcoming motor finance redress, complaints and regulatory conduct programmes. We’re seeking confident leaders who can support day-to-day delivery, manage case teams and drive consistent outcomes across a busy project environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading teams of Case Handlers and/or QCs on redress and complaints programmes
- Overseeing workflow, allocations, productivity and quality
- Providing coaching, guidance and subject-matter support
- Ensuring cases meet policy, regulatory and quality standards
- Supporting reporting, MI updates and project governance
- Working closely with SMEs and Project Leads to ensure smooth delivery
What we’re looking for:
- Experience leading teams in complaints, redress or regulatory conduct work
- Strong operational and people-management skills
- Confident decision-making and problem solving in a regulated environment
- Ability to manage workloads and deliver at pace
- Motor finance experience is advantageous
Project details:
- Multiple projects mobilising
- Mostly fully remote roles
- All roles will be on a daily rate contract basis, lengths varied (depending on individual project)
