Konexo is seeking a Consumer Duty Trainer/Assessor to support a major financial services client. The role focuses on developing engaging training programmes on Consumer Duty, customer vulnerability, fair customer outcomes and regulated interactions.
The successful candidate will design and deliver classroom and virtual sessions, run scenario-based role-plays, assess learner competence against regulatory standards and provide coaching to build confidence in real customer conversations.
